As Artistic director of SSC she served as SSC's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music design. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. Since 1982 she has been married to actor and writer Michael A. Ross with whom they have two children. Post is a great actress as well as the perfect wife and mother has been a role model for numerous Hollywood celebrities.
